This is another reminder for Sonny to fix the OL. When Hoover has time to throw the ball, he will deliver. The obvious issue is when the OL faces a good defense with a strong DL. Hoover then folds under pressure as Frogs are one dimensional on offense with no running game.
I said it before the BYU game. He's clueless when the play breaks down. He has no improvisational skills. He looks for 1 and throws up a prayer.

Whitehouse’s Simms records sack in TCU win​

FORT WORTH, Texas (KLTV) - Former Whitehouse Wildcat Julius Simms picked up his first sack of the year in TCU’s 45-23 win over Cincinnati on Saturday.

The freshman recorded two tackles on the day.

Simms’ sack came in the fourth quarter. On a 3rd and 13 from the Cincinnati 22-yard line, Simms sacked Bearcat quarterback Brendan Sorsby for a 9-yard loss. On the year, Simms has 11 total tackles, one sack and one interception. Jon Denman (Westwood) finished with 10 carries for 29 yards.

TCU moves to 8-4 overall and is eligible for a bowl game.
