Ah, yes. Youth. I loved it so much.

Invisible, bulletproof and stupid seemed to be a wonderful way of life at the time. But going on five decades later, there will be no personal pulpit testimony this morning to the joy of youth.

In some of those cases, the statute of limitations might not yet apply.

But when you take the youth factor, and apply it to today's jock-kingdom news, the most interesting case studies center on two names:

Johnny Manziel.

Casey Pachall.

Obviously, there's a huge divide between those two and the 99.9 percent of us who have "youth stories," past and present.

Both these guys work for room, board and tuition on college campuses. Their job is quarterback. ...

I noted to some Aggy friends a couple weeks ago that JF is a CP4 starter kit and A&M would be wise to keep a tight leash on him. Even after it came out that Hyman had the sit-down they are still in denial and say his behavior is nothing like the drugs, the DWI, and even the tattoos. Maybe the actions themselves are not the same but many similarities exist. CP4 is on the road to redemption; for his sake I hope JF never has to venture down the same road.
