Why the return of this TCU receiver could be the key to upsetting No. 10 BYU

Steven Johnson

If there’s one reason to be optimistic about TCU football’s chances of upsetting No. 10 BYU, it’s the return of senior wide receiver Jordan Dwyer.

The former Idaho transfer missed the first three games of the season, but made his return with five receptions for 100 yards in the Horned Frogs' 21-13 loss to Central Florida last week.

“It felt great to be back out there with my brothers playing football. There’s nothing better than that,” Dwyer said. “Definitely hurt the first couple weeks not being out there, but it felt really good.”

As good as Dwyer is, we still couldn't beat undermanned UCF. Our problems are up front. That has to be fixed for us to have a chance against just about everybody.

Tell them the game has been moved to JerryWorld.

He returned last week. It wasn’t the key to beating a bad team. Why would it be the key to beating a good team?

Why? Did he gain 100+ lbs and learn how to run block?

We need 5 Jordan Dwyers to beat BYU me thinks.

Wont matter if the QB is the same.
