FWST: TCU women's basketball team headed to Mexico for tournament

The TCU women’s basketball team heads south of the border this week for the Hardwood Tournament of Hope in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, for games on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, all at 6:30 p.m.
The Horned Frogs open against Florida Gulf Coast, followed by South Dakota State and No. 16 Purdue.
Florida Gulf Coast enters the tournament coming off a 76-74 loss to Southern Miss after running off three straight wins to begin the season.
South Dakota State is on a three-game win streak after two losses.
Purdue enters the tournament undefeated at 4-0.
