FWST: TCU women’s basketball eager for matchup with Texas A&M

The TCU women’s basketball team knows the value of a game and a win.
Last season, the Horned Frogs missed a berth into the NCAA tournament by the narrowest of margins, holding a résumé that the committee deemed just a little less strong than a few other programs.
The Horned Frogs (3-0) have a chance to make a big statement toward their case for an NCAA tournament slot when they travel to College Station on Saturday to face No. 12 Texas A&M.
“Our team talked a lot about what happened last year and what we needed to learn from it and taking advantage of every game and every opportunity and being ready to play and not finding ourselves in February where we feel the pressure in February that we have to win every single game once we hit conference,” TCU coach Raegan Pebley said. ...
