I am very likely the most litigious adverse person on here. That is how I was raised. Who is going to push that through? There is a good chance the AD, CSD, BOT and even the Wunder chancellor will be subpoenaed and forced to speak. The August incident occurred less than 40 days ago, right?

Unfortunately, the event is brewing/marinating and may percolate by the Holidays. I see Ezukanma's camp forcing the most hands. I am not saying Ezukanma or Fields are "false victims" We do however, live in a victimhood mentality society.

That is an absolutely irresponsible headline. Holy cow. Knight was fired because he was hitting kids. Paterno was fired because his staff was doing the opposite. Patterson was let go because he...wasn't winning enough football games in a changing landscape.
