FWST: TCU men seek more scoring options in game at Tulsa

Kyan Anderson took six of TCU's last 11 shots in the final 3:33 of Tuesday's loss to Houston.
Anderson, who led the Horned Frogs with 20 points -- all in the second half -- scored TCU's last 12 points in the game, but Houston held on to win.
Anderson's scoring surge, however, is a symptom of the Frogs' most nagging problem through their first nine games: anemic offense. Anderson, a sophomore from North Crowley, has picked up his scoring and averaged 25.3 points the past three games because he's had to, especially with Devonta Abron playing only 15 minutes because of an injury last week.
Abron was scoreless Tuesday, leaving Adrick McKinney as the lone post option for TCU. McKinney played well, with 10 points and 20 rebounds, but the Frogs' offense was, more often than not, one-dimensional. ...
