I think he comes from a fairly well-off family. Since it doesn't have to pay a dime to go to college, he may have a hefty allowance. Plus with Eric down there, I am pretty sure he checks everything out.

I like everything EH did for TCU and admire his skills but must admit I'm not sure he'll ever gets his hands around all the aggie goings-on down there. AggieFrog - what's your take of the situation there since he arrived?

My A&M friends think Sumlin is above the SEC way. This proves he is a shark like the rest of them...whatever it takes. Some Aggies will deny the truth as they can't or won't want to believe that their program would take the mentality of whatever it takes.

Sumlin has been exposed for what everyone knew A&M had to do to get out of the Big 12 shadow and now is just another SEC slime ball school. Congrats A&M in the midst of trying to run away from UT and what you thought they stood for you yourselves have changed to that very thing you ran from.

Well I guess the good side is, while A&M is about the starsies now like UT was all about, teams like TCU will get the Manziels//Johnny Footballs of the world. It seems like Ty is one of those type of guys.

Don't think Manziel is a good analogy here. He wanted a TCU offer but didn't get one.
