FWST: Late run helps TCU women down Wyoming

TCU and Wyoming battled shot for shot, loose ball for loose ball through the first 30 minutes Saturday at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.
The stakes were abundantly clear to both teams -- the victor took sole possession of second place in the Mountain West Conference standings with a shot at overtaking BYU (10-1) for the league's regular-season title in the next two weeks.
Six minutes into the second half, the game was tied for the 11th time, thanks to a 3-pointer from the Horned Frogs' Emily Carter.
Two minutes later the Cowgirls' Aubrey Vandiver's 3-pointer put Wyoming back up by two with 12:29 remaining. Neither team was giving in. ...
