Former TCU stars quickly find new WNBA homes after being waived

Former TCU women’s basketball stars Hailey Van Lith and Marta Suarez didn’t have to wait long to sign with new WNBA teams after being released earlier this week.
Van Lith was claimed off waivers by the Connecticut Sun, while Suarez signed a developmental contract with the Phoenix Mercury.
Another former TCU standout, guard Taylor Bigby, was waived by the Sun hours before they claimed Van Lith.
