Former TCU offensive lineman sues NCAA, seeks fifth year of eligibility​

Former TCU offensive lineman Coltin Deery filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the NCAA seeking a fifth season of eligibility, according to Tarrant County court documents.

247Sports was the first to report the lawsuit. Deery is being represented by attorney David Ovard.

Ovard filed a motion for an emergency petition and application for a temporary restraining order and temporary injunction at 3:10 p.m Tuesday.
