Defeating an opponent three times? TCU faces tall task vs. Texas in NIT semis

Defeating a team three times in a season ranks as one of the more difficult tasks in college basketball, and that’s what TCU must do in order to get back to the NIT championship game.
TCU swept Texas in the regular season series, and must defeat it again Tuesday night in the NIT semifinals at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
