Cowboys add TCU offensive weapon in undrafted free agent market
Nick Harris
The Dallas Cowboys are looking to finish up their rookie class with a successful push in the undrafted free agent market, as team executive vice president Stephen Jones said that they are looking to add 10 to 12 players after the draft to complete the 2026 rookie class.
In years past, the Cowboys have had a lot of success in the undrafted market with players such as Tony Romo, Nate Newton, Drew Pearson, Cliff Harris and many more. Last season, Dallas had 24 players play at some point in the season that began their careers as undrafted free agents. The team leader in total snaps played was an undrafted free agent, starting right tackle Terence Steele.
Here are the players that have agreed to terms with the Cowboys as they are reported:
- TCU TE DJ Rogers (per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network)
- 6-foot-4, 250-pound athletic presence who was deployed in both pass catching and run blocking situations for the Horned Frogs
