Baseball and basketball? TCU is making it possible for fans to double-dip Tuesday

TCU is making it possible for fans to double-dip on Tuesday.

The school announced Tuesday’s baseball game against the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley has been moved to 5 p.m. from its original 6:30 p.m. start time at Lupton Stadium.

The change happened with the men’s basketball team scheduled to host Creighton at 8 p.m. Tuesday in the NIT quarterfinals at Schollmaier Arena.

I get it. I really do. And it probably serves the broader community but it will also have some unintended consequences. Was hoping to get to Lupton by 6:45 or 7:00. No reason to do that now.
