It’s been said that the NBA playoffs are the ultimate truth revealer; it’s the stage where the superstars separate themselves from the All-Stars.

Well, the same thought process could apply to college football and conference play. There are a lot of teams that look like contenders in the nonconference portion of their schedules with a 3-0 or 4-0 start. But what happens when you start playing teams that are equally talented and more familiar with your personnel — and, let’s not forget, more games on the road?

The line started out good, and has gotten worse with every passing week. Now we have lost our best lineman to injury, and all is in chaos. Remember: CO was dead last in rushing defense.

Yes I had been thinking last week that the field goal kicking game was going to cost TCU at some point. Opposing teams Kick/Punt returners will cost TCU at least 1 game going forward.

When is the last time TCU blocked a punt or field goal????? It appears to be Obiazor in '23 against Colorado when Duggan took over. When was the last time TCU blocked a kick or punt prior to '23? I do not know. At least 20% of the game is Special teams and the staff is not getting the kids ramped up to block kicks, block punts, tackle opposing teams' returners b4 the 20 YL.
