‘No disrespect’ but Indiana QB Josh Hoover takes a swipe at TCU & Sonny Dykes​

Whatever splinters remain of the bridge that existed between Indiana University quarterback Josh Hoover and the place where he earned his college degree were effectively tossed into the White River near his new home in Bloomington.

About 45 minutes after Hoover, who transferred from TCU to IU in January, made his debut for the defending national champion Hoosiers against North Texas on Saturday, he fired a message at his former coach that there is no way he did not hear, or see.

After IU defeated University of North Texas, Hoover said in the locker room to Indianapolis new station, WISH TV, “In the spring, it’s a big culture shock, coming to a place like this and that’s not a dis’ toward anybody else, it’s just different, with the way coach runs it.”

It was the reigning Natl Champs against a depleted and rebuilding North Texas. Meh, who cares?

Lots of our players that left on questionable terms have come back to Too Cold U and been welcomed. Josh will be too.

Yeah, the likelihood of Hoover getting off to a great start, and honestly having a really good year is/was very high. Like almost 100% on the good start. He probably would have had a really good year if he was here because he’s a good QB. So these posts that suggest it’s any kind of surprise at all are stupid.

But people gotta do what they gotta do to trash TCU.
