Kayla Duncan, an incoming freshman for the TCU women's tennis team, claimed the USTA Southern Girls' 18 Doubles title on Wednesday with partner Whitney Kay in Little Rock, Ark. Duncan, a Winston Salem, N.C., product, will join the Horned Frogs for the 2008-09 season.
