TCU is a good team. They deserve to be number 3. But that's it. They deserve a shot at the title (in a playoff scenario ONLY). I'm sick of their complaining, but it will never change.

They love to talk stats, and empty numbers. Well, I decided to check out some stats of my own.

Offensive Rankings (total offense) of teams they have played this year:
118, Texas State N/A (FCS, NOT FBS so I'm throwing that out), 69, 61, 77, 82, 18, 81, 87, 54, 112, 104.

1 top 20 offense. (Texas State is 12 in FCS, but give me a break here people - they don't count).

I'm pretty sure playing teams like that will skew your defensive rankings.

To be fair, here's the same rankings for our opponents:
51, 112, 7, 23, 105, 28, 32, 62, 84, 86, 26, 5, 102.

1 top 5 offense, 2 top 10, and 5 top 30.

TCU opponent's average total offensive rank = 78
TEXAS opponent's average total offensive rank = 55.6

Defenses we have played:
45, 83, 47, 111, 60, 7, 55, 33, 46, 95, 74, 107, 9

Average = 59

Defenses they have played:
56, 22, 92, 10, 78, 35, 115, 71, 20, 83, 101

Average = 62

So that is pretty much a wash (if you don't consider conferences played in etc...).

Conclusion:

We have played better offenses and defenses than tcu has this year, and they should shut their cry baby mouths.

I'll gladly address the other arguments TCU spews, but its not worth any more time. They are the little brother that will always be picked on by us, and will always be smaller than us (in every way).

With all that said, it dont make a [Deleted] anyways.

The Man Behind The Curtain
[ What the heck? ]? Didn't they teach you how to use a computer at UT? Why not man up and post in the thread you started earlier instead of starting a new one?

EDIT: I should have clarified, this is a duplicate thread.
