Agreed in that it was an odd game to be at. Tense as hell & actually a well played ballgame but there were about 400 people there to start and roughly 75 of us at the end. A 0-0 game around the 4th inning and the basketball game looming there was a mass exodus around 8:10.
Those who complain about a win need to realize how valuable and important that win was. We gave up 2 runs with the same guys you’ve been bashing for a month. It would’ve been our 3rd loss in a row, going to visit the #1 team in the big 12.
An ugly win is better than a well-played loss (and IMO that wasn’t that ugly of a win; one error, decent pitching, just very untimely hitting)
