ESPN: Horned Frogs ready for a big bowl bounce?

It's a point of debate every spring. West Virginia provided evidence to the contrary this season, but you could see some of it at Oklahoma State in the 2010 offseason heading into 2011.
Does winning a bowl game -- and winning big -- provide a springboard into the next season? It certainly helps in the preseason polls. Might Kansas State's preseason respect have been much different if the Wildcats had knocked off Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl?
would certainly argue yes. Its on-field effects aside, there's no doubt it helps teams in the preseason polls. So, who could be due for a big bounce?
