Rcvr corps is one of the best in the country.TCU has a very good group of receivers.
Ya know?
•The 20.1 receptions per game by TCU wide receivers lead the nation for Power Four Conference programs and rank second in the FBS.Rcvr corps is one of the best in the country.
I wish the QB was as good as the receivers. It is sad that someone like Manning is basically paid to sit on the bench instead of being a starter and a valuable contributor somewhere else. Unfortunately, that is the sad state of college football of today.Rcvr corps is one of the best in the country.
That's nothing new in college football.I wish the QB was as good as the receivers. It is sad that someone like Manning is basically paid to sit on the bench instead of being a starter and a valuable contributor somewhere else. Unfortunately, that is the sad state of college football of today.
That throw to McAlister was about as perfect as it could have been. That play is almost unstoppable in man coverage, even with over-the-top help.I wish the QB was as good as the receivers. Sure, Hoover is still raw, but he is showing improvement.
As far as the state of football today, it is less likely than ever that a top-end QB will ride the bench very long. Manning is a different situation and is getting paid.
I agree with Crypto. Hoover is improving. Anybody know where Hoov ranks among college qbs right now?I wish the QB was as good as the receivers. I'm not the smartest guy but 32 out 50 is not that good. Closer to the bottom than the top.I agree with Crypto. Hoover is improving. Anybody know where Hoov ranks among college qbs right now?
His QBR is 6th in conference and 32nd out of 50 (all conferences listing) - both from ESPN's data.
I said improving. I didn't say he was great.I'm not the smartest guy but 32 out 50 is not that good. Closer to the bottom than the top.
He's getting paid for his name.As far as the state of football today, it is less likely than ever that a top-end QB will ride the bench very long. Manning is a different situation and is getting paid.

I bet you still put milk and cookies out for Santa too don't you lol."Josh Hoover has been named to the Davey O’Brien QB Class of 2024, making him an official candidate for the 2024 Davey O’Brien National Quarterback Award" - TCU Facebook post
LMAO!!!I bet you still put milk and cookies out for Santa too don't you lol.
I'm just giving you a hard time. We all know that he has talent and potential. We don't comeback against tech if he doesn't make some of those throws late in the game. On the flip side, we might not have to had the big come back if he doesnt commit the 3 turnovers. He has to do a better job of managing the game for a full 4 quarters. One minute he looks like a Heisman candidate and the next minute he looks like a walk-on playing his first game. He has to put everything together on a consistent basis before he can really be considered a top qb. Right now, he's our version of Dak.
Scotch drinking Santa is infinitely more interesting than milk drinking Santa.LMAO!!!
And yes, I put out cookies for Santa. But we offer scotch instead of milk. My dad always told me its because Santa in lactose intolerant.
Especially for the reindeer when he gets lonely.Scotch drinking Santa is infinitely more interesting than milk drinking Santa.
Santa is an aggie??Especially for the reindeer when he gets lonely.
