The Cowboys are "really good at football"?Yeah, I guess there's nothing like being at the game, but when you start thinking about what kind of gatherings/parties you could throw in the house or yard for what tickets cost, then it really seems stupid to buy tickets.
When it was amateur football, you could at least tell yourself you were doing it to support the school/program, no matter how weak or naive that argument might have been. Now that they are pros though, it's pretty obvious the whole system is designed to take as much of your money as possible, and little else. We have the NFL for that, but at least they are all actually really good at football and there are some real serious rules to ensure parity and competition.
