Hopefully I could get a little latitude here...

I want to encourage those of you that are healthy and able to go to www.bethematch.org and register to be a bone marrow donor. They will send you in themail a package requiring 4 swabs of the inside of your cheek. There is no cost for this.

Then, if by some miracle you are a match for someone, the bone marrow is harvested from your blood, by apheresis. It's about a day and a half commitment.

Don't ask a bunch of questions, just do it, please.
