TCU takes nothing for granted, remains focused on Big 12 title showdown vs. Kansas State

If you’re TCU, take nothing for granted when it comes to the College Football Playoff.
By almost any standard, the Horned Frogs (12-0, 9-0 Big 12) should already be savoring their upcoming spot in the CFP – just like fellow unbeatens Georgia and Michigan.
But CFP selection has proven to be much more of an art than a science, where the 13-person committee can forego common sense, resumes and pretty much everything else at times. Remember when TCU went from No. 3 in the rankings to No. 6 in the span of five days in 2014 after a 55-3 win over Iowa State? Rest assured, the Horned Frogs remember.
