Matthew Baldwin’s football career is over.
The TCU backup quarterback is retiring from the sport because of nagging knee and back injuries, multiple reports said Thursday.
Baldwin arrived in Fort Worth after transferring in from Ohio State before the 2019 season and never played a snap for the Horned Frogs.
