For the second straight season, TCU football is bound for a bowl game date against a Pac-12 foe.

The Horned Frogs, after putting together a late-season rally to become bowl eligible, will square off against California at 8 p.m. on Dec. 26 in the Cheez-It Bowl at Chase Field in Phoenix.

At 4-6 in mid-November, the bowl odds were stacked against TCU, but the Horned Frogs closed out the season with back-to-back victories over Baylor and Oklahoma State to reach the six-win bowl standard.
