Arlington Martin basketball standout Mariah Roberts commits to TCU

Arlington Martin 5-8 guard Mariah Roberts -- one of the top players in the Dallas area in the Class of 2021 -- announced on Twitter on Tuesday that she has committed to TCU for women’s basketball.
Roberts was an all-state and second-team all-area selection as a junior last season. The District 4-6A MVP averaged 14 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 3.4 steals while shooting 46% from the field.
She led Martin to a 35-5 record and spot in the Class 6A Region I semifinals. Martin reached a regional tournament for the first time in program history.
