Going to have to jump past one of the following to get to 6th and 2 to get to 5th.I'll take the over. No worse than 5th (assuming Udeh is healthy for most/all)
1 KU
7 ISU
8 Houston
9 Arizona
12 Baylor
17 Cincinnati

Udeh on the pick and roll can be elite at times. Now, I'm not sure that would have been the case tonight, the way they guarded the P&R and with two 7 footers in the game. UM is pretty good and they shot well tonight so maybe the result isn't different.Udeh is not a low post scorer even when he is healthy. Our weakness is we do not have a low post scorer on offense. Or am I missing something? If we suffer through a rough shooting night again, how do we score?
This looks a lot like last year’s team: athletic, tough on D, great on the fast break but could struggle in the half court game.
Again, sure hope I am wrong. It is early & we missed our best big man badly. Hope we have better days ahead.
On a night later in the year, when our roles and rotation etc are more settled, and the team has played together more, I'm not afraid of any of those teams. Particularly if we play well that night.Going to have to jump past one of the following to get to 6th and 2 to get to 5th.

Need to set the bar low - to be more competitive than our fans. LOLThis is the right perspective. Team is all new. Gonna be some growing pains.
I was wrong. It appears we need to play more SWAC teams in pre-conference.Pleased to see us play some non-SWAC teams in pre-conference.
I think I read they are the fifth-tallest team in the country. That plus no Udeh and no real big to back him up was a bad formula. We won’t see many teams bigger than Michigan
Exactly. Udeh is much improved.I think I read they are the fifth-tallest team in the country. That plus no Udeh and no real big to back him up was a bad formula.
It’s early, but we look to be the 8th or 9th best team in the B12. Add West Virginia to the top 5 or 6.On a night later in the year, when our roles and rotation etc are more settled, and the team has played together more, I'm not afraid of any of those teams. Particularly if we play well that night.
