Brock Purdy had one of the best games ever from an Iowa State quarterback the last time the teams played.
That’s how good Purdy was in last season’s 49-24 Cyclones’ victory in Ames. That’s how well we know he can play. That’s one of the reasons Saturday’s 12:30 p.m. game here can go a long way in erasing the negative that was Iowa State's opener against Louisiana.
