Depth of DE and WR

I think we have enough depth and DE and WR where we will be able to find guys to step in and replace the production of Boyce and Mponga. DE, we still have McFarland, Koontz, Carraway coming back from his injury, and some other unknown guys. I remember McFarland playing well as a freshmen. I think GP should be able to recruit some more DE's considering the amount of pass rushers that come through our program. At WR, we still have Brandon Carter, Cam White, David Bush, David Porter, LD Brown, Listenbee, Story, Josh Dotson. Garret Gilbert at TE needs to be utilized more next year if CP wins the job back. I think Carter, LD Brown, and Cam White will receive the blunt of the workload with Boyce gone. I hope CP surpasses the year he had in 2011. Here's the Frogs re-loading and producing more NFL caliber athletes in the future and a better 2013!

McFarland flashed potential, Koontz showed some comptence, and maybe Anderson will finally be healty. I was sure looking forward to seeing Roberts in action before his injury.

Femi Awe transferred in here last year and sat out 2012.....his resume is brief and I havn't heard much about him....but our coaches thought he was worth a scholarship.....so....maybe he's in the mix.

+4 on Anderson.....I've heard he was Maponga class....

Especially when the walk-on price at TCU is 45k per year. Either wealthy parents or he must be on scholly.

Was a walk-on at Tech (his cousin on scholly) and is a walk-on here.

We do have a lot of depth coming back (especially at WR) but you still hate to lose your top guys regardless. We have a great WR corps coming back but Boyce's clutch factor and all-around game will be tough to replace.

It seems to me we have a surplus of tight ends, any of whom probably could play pretty well at defensive end.
