Did the same official throw the flag for holding on Foltz that blew the call on the field goal?

Don't know, but while we are on the topic.
After Boykin ran in for the seemingly game tying TD, an official standing in the endzone ran up and threw a flag (next to the holding flag). I didn't know if this was protocol or if we were about to get popped for an excessive celebration penalty. Curious if anyone knows.

Remember seeing this from the SEZ. Everyone was celebrating but I saw the flag and knew immeadiately. Running to the line of scrimmage is not protocol for excessive celebration that I am aware.

I believe it would be a pretty bad assignment error for the umpire to be under the goalpost on an attempted kick.

just an fyi... I was told by a coach that the same ref that threw the flag against McCoy at Boise last year at the end of the game to give Boise a first down, did not throw the flag against OU on the last play of the game.

The second flag was dropped near the first flag. This indicates that the second official, coming from the end zone, saw the same hold and was going to call the same penalty. It was a blatant hold, end of story. There were other chances to tie the game and OU made the plays. Let's move on.

Just looked into it...this ref also failed to call the push off in the Iowa State game, called every personal foul against tech, and was the gunman in the grassy knoll.

I suspect Collins has drawn more flags than anybody on the offense this year.
