Biggest Offseason Questions: TCU
The most pressing question revolves around one-time starting QB Casey Pachall, who left the team in October to enter a drug rehab facility and could earn his way back onto the roster in early 2013. Though Trevone Boykin was sufficient in 2012 and Pachall would have to battle for the job, the former Frog star could be a make-or-break addition if he can get back to 100 percent. But other than that, the roster is largely intact — only LB Kenny Cain, OL Blaize Foltz, OL James Fry, WR Skye Dawson and TE Corey Fuller won’t be returning, meaning the only critical issues to resolve will be A) If this year’s injured rotation players can work their way back to full health, and B) If the rest of the roster can live up to the heightened expectations. -- Travis Stewart, DCTF

Sounds like psychobabble to me. He didn't put much thought into it. " Live up to heightened expectations", give me a break...

If he thinks one QB is "sufficient" and other will "have to battle for the job," then how, logically, could he consider the other to be a "make or break addition" to the team?

Actually I thought it was a pretty good short summation for the team. We do want Casey back, even more improved. And very few players lost. And recovery from injury is important for players like James and Anderson(DE).
