I like disrupters in media, so I’m glad the CW is in the mix. ESPN / ABC / Disney have had too much of a stranglehold on CFB for far too long. Let’s not forget that those [ "illegitimate Baylor boys" ] have been the driving force behind the majority of the conference realignment mess, and that many of their on-air personalities (and the few actual journalists they still employ) have been cheerleaders all along for NIL / pay the players.
We can argue that paying players is the “right” thing to do, but if you agree with that, then you have no right to complain about how it is concentrating power in the sport among the blue blood programs — and how this will likely make TCU irrelevant in the future.
