TCU can pass Kansas this season in all-time Big 12 wins, even though we only joined in 2012 and Kansas joined in 1996.

Baylor has 54 conf. wins. They've won 29% (54/183) of their conference games.
TCU has 32 conf. wins, winning 59% (32/54).
For the sake of a wider lens, the aggies won 53% of their conference games (68/120).

I knew we couldn't be too far behind. They probably had 15 conference wins at most before football was invented in 2011.

Basically 1 win per season. They were worse than Kansas over that span.
If I remember correctly, we had more road wins in our first year in the big 12 than they did until 2010.

There was a point in time several years into the existence of the Big 12 that TCU had more wins over Big 12 teams than Baylor did (without being a member of the conference).
