Crazy roommate stories

Now that football is over, I thought it'd be fun to have a thread about crazy roommate stories.

I live in TCU owned upperclasmen apartments and my good buddy/roommate is studying abroad this semester, so tcu just assigned me a new roommate. He's an international student from Vietnam. Should be interesting.

When I was a freshman in Milton, there was a Chinese student who lived down the hall. He started a fire in the kitchen when he was trying to reheat a pizza and put the whole pizza in the box in the oven.

Good luck with that Maniac

I couldn't even start to describe the summer of my sophomore year. I'd be hit with the ban hammer so fast my monitor would explode.

Those were the days....

My Freshman year, I was assigned a Military kid, family had been stationed in Germany for years and kid grew up there. One of the first few weeks of the Fall semester he bolted up in his sleep and started srcreaming in German, scared the heck out of me. He did it probably once or twice more that year, but never as scary as that first time

My freshman year in Clark there was a student (not sure of nationality, but he was Asian), who would turn off the lights in the shower and start singing to himself. I happened to be in there a few times when the lights would flick off, and each time I thought it best that I cut shower time short that day.

i lived in a triple in milton my first year with a phi delt and a nerdy engineer... the engineer watched anime and played world of warcraft, and watched anime porn on occasion.. we'd join him when we were drunk for a good laugh

Was he singing in Chinese? You have to be careful. You may have been closer to death than you ever realized. He may have been singing about his plans to kill the next guy that turns the lights back on. I pasted a link to a video that reveals hidden messages imbedded in the music they often play at Chinese restaurants.

It’s just scary.

My first night in the dorm, my roommate and I got in trouble for watching Full Metal Jacket with the volume up too loud.

You should do the same thing.

Triple in Milton bottom floor south east corner (literally most SE corner).

Sweet room. Right next to the exit and easy to throw beer in the room without making it through the halls.

Roommate had to leave halfway through his first semester cause he knocked up his GF back home. They were apparently using the "rhythm" method and guess got out of rhythm. Other was some Phi Kap east texas hick.

Not my story, but one of my friends lived in an 8 person room in Moncrief. They turned the upstairs lounge into a room and put in bunk beds.

The stories are horrific.

I spent my four years living with a bunch of dumbarses.
