That’s why both parties love the filibuster. Great mechanism to trade favors to build “consensus” since nobody can get anything passed with 67 votes. You see, we just had to agree to an extra trillion or else we wouldn’t have gotten X passed at all. They are all part of the Uniparty and it’s all theater.</p></blockquote><p></p>
