if you want to make this big of a regulation/change/overreach then a president should have to take it through the house and senate, through representation of the people. giving a president this type of power is dangerous and isn’t the way our government is setup.

we need to get away from all of this executive order stuff. i don’t know who started it or who has abused it more but modern day presidents love it.
Congress loves it too because they either agree with things that get done but they don’t want to go on record or admit it to their constituents, or they disagree but claim their hands are tied so they can tell their constituents to give them more money to get more of their party in office. That’s why both parties love the filibuster. Great mechanism to trade favors to build “consensus” since nobody can get anything passed with 67 votes. You see, we just had to agree to an extra trillion or else we wouldn’t have gotten X passed at all. They are all part of the Uniparty and it’s all theater.

Clearly a parody account and I suspect that person knew it. The problem is, they are parodying the issue because it has happened in real life, or at least I have seen some seemingly real encounters that suggest it has. Babylon Bee is a parody account, but they are almost all based on real events, just with some added hyperbole.

Only other time I've seen it was this one, which was another parody that drew people offsides. I mean, I'm sure there are crazy people so I'm not saying it has never happened, but I don't think it's something that really happens in any serious number.

Just got notification that my company is no longer requiring the vaccine because of the Supreme Court Decision

Those absolute pieces of trash on the Supreme Court couldn’t have made this decision before many of us were forced to be vaccinated against our will!?!?!?

They can all go to Hell.

Grounds for lawsuit? If requirements were unconstitutional, I'd think there would be merit.

So this would imply that government officials will be immune from prosecution if they use ANY means to force an action against the populace as long as they "honestly" believe it's best for everyone? That's an awfully scary precedent.

I’m speaking about liability for personal injury, which is what I thought you were suggesting Hfrog might have a claim for.
