Still Meade, straight up. Dark Purple color. It makes a mean Frogarita.......half bottle of Meade, two shots of purple honey....fill up the blender with ice half way......tasty.....

Ted Brack played and started as a linebacker/defensive end at TCU in 1978-1981. He went to High School at Port Neches Grove where that school was a powerhouse for several years in the 70's and 80's. His family has been in the Honey business for several decades.

The highest premium Blackberry Melomel with the best honey in the world. So its the best mead .. yes. It is the most expensive to make ...yes , it is purple ..yes because the berries are purple . This just tastes great . We wanted TCU fans to have the best wine and honey there is .. period especially as far as taste goes . It is . We will have every other college one day but today there is nothing wrong with TCU people being allowed to get the best before everyone else . Our TCU honey is purple to honor TCU . Our wine is for toasting a TCU win or a TCU family member wedding or special occasion . There are only a limited number of bottles that will be made and that will make this wine rare and a potiental longterm investment , it cellar's well and will increase in value over time if you leave it alone . Perfect for a victory celebration .
