Early on Reece Davis said something to the effect that OU can get an at-large BCS Bowl bid but, "The have to get past Bedlam."

I'll agree they must do that first, but Lordy, Lordy - does anyone think the team that just upset UT in Austin might be a challenge?

Oh, and some of the signs are priceless!

In fairness, UT posed no threat to OU. So beating UT doesn't automatically signal a threat to OU. We'll still be big underdogs.

Will we be ranked after this week though? #25 Washington lost to the Pirate last night in the apple cup. That has to help a little.

In the interests of accuracy I should say I was not insulted - just puzzled.

As I said, perhaps he meant OU had to get past OSU first, but that's not what he said.

If that's what he intended - fair enough. I simply thought beating TCU in Fort Worth was worth mentioning.

But I really didn't take it as an insult.

I'm thinking not. Coaches poll from last Sunday didn't have us among those receiving votes. Prior to the UT game we were ranked 38 by Massey and 35 by Sagarin. I'd guess both computer polls will bump us up five to seven spots and the Coaches poll might pull us up to somewhere in the "also receiving votes" category.

Now ....if we can beat OU.........

No mention for the Big 12 except Dez and David picked the Bedlam game at the end of the ESPNU segment. Can't believe I watched that trash. 99% was USC/ND or Ohio State

Not a slam or disrespect. TCU has been beatable this season, very much so. And, as a few more level headed on here have said, Bedlam is this week, it's the more important game.

Some fans are like old shelter dogs; just waiting to get abused again. Enjoy the victory. We don't need BJ's from the Gameday set to make it anymore sweet.

I found it odd that there was little to no mention of ranked taxes losing to TCU on Thanksgiving night, on that very network.

I also like the sign "Brian Kelly has sausage breath". I bet he do.

I think College GameDay has a good chance of coming to Fort Worth next weekend if OU wins. It will be down to either Texas at K-State or OU at TCU. Texas and K-State will have lost their last game each going into that weekend whereas TCU and OU would have won their last game and if OU wins they claim a piece of the Big XII championship. Plus TCU has not had GameDay. KSU was the featured team during the Veterans Day event. KSU has had their moment, it is time for ours.

Today's game is OU vs OSU, and OU must get past OSU to think about a BCS game. That's the subject for today. I don't know that I would have even thought about mentioning TCU next week, as the subject for today is Bedlam.
