I didn't see any icons suggestion sarcasm or joke in your post, so it would be easy to miss tha intent. As being young, ther is a reason they call it young and stupid. I was young and stupid too, the best years of my life. Nothing wrong with that. The "periodic curse" has been commented on before. I have always laid it to the feet of not being able to recruit enough top level athletes yearly. If that WAS the problem in his early years, I think it is not a problem any longer. Recruiting has greatly improved over the last 4 or so years.
As for firing for a single bad season given his record. I won't call anyone names! But it is a rather silly way to manage an enterprise for long term success.
