Unless we start paying the same it's not going to happen. And I don't know how we're going to pay the same.First Georgia. Now the Rams.
I'm flattered champions are coming at our staff. I'd just like our staff to actually stay here and make us Champions.
I’d just like for them to make it to an actual game first even.First Georgia. Now the Rams.

I would guess he is going after them, not necessarily that they are coming after him.First Georgia. Now the Rams.

As soon as a better gig comes along, these guys are out of here. Coaches and players.
It's just weird for guys to take jobs at TCU and then go for other positions literally within a few months. If it were a TCU staffer who had been around and was waiting for the right opportunity, I'd understand.
Which goes alllllllllllll the way back to the players. Why get criticized for seeking a better opportunity when coaches are literally leaving the coaches room before the ink dried on their contracts.
Just strange.

He may have very well given his agent/manager the nod to put some feelers out... thinking that if it takes a couple of years to turn it around here, it could delay his personal goals. Though, his primary strength is supposedly recruiting, not sure his present skill set is in high demand for the NFL.seriously the one position you can get away without having really great knowledge of the game and give your resume a huge boost

We gotta take the good with the bad from the direction the program has pursued. We put the loyalty card on a boat and shoved it out to sea when we grew tired of the too patient, too loyal head coach and terminated him and his staff. We’ve gone the route of chasing prosperity by bringing in bunch of hot new hands that are all on the rise. We hired them away by helping them advance in quality of position/program and helping them make more money. That’s all it is. They don’t love TCU at this point in their lives. Many of them will do the same as they move on to new gigs from here chasing their own stars. Sometimes we will be left (temporarily) high and dry. It’s just the reality of the path we are on. It’s going to be hard to get used to. If we start winning big it’ll be easier to get used to. Different approach than we are accustomed to, but potentially one that can become accepted and comfortable if things go as hoped. It's just weird for guys to take jobs at TCU and then go for other positions literally within a few months. Curious to know HC feelings towards this. If he expected it or if he's a bit baffled as well.
Just strange.

At least for one season.First Georgia. Now the Rams.

Life is a sales job, or life will sail by !if the rams are serious in interviewing there is a reason and recruiting is sales and sales is relating to people.
Possibly...he won't have to be the guy who comes up with the game plan with that head coach so maybe they like something else in him
Cue the Anderson jokes.Drew reporting he’s gone. Quite the whirlwind rise for RS. Good for him. I have faith in Sonny to hire a good replacement, something I didn’t have with Gary .
