Chip Kelly to the Eagles

[FeistyFrog]

mentioned in the TJ thread but thought I'd post anyway....

At least per Moertenson.

[DaCrief]

Come on, TJ!

[West Coast Johnny]

How will Chip Kelly compete in a league where every team pays its players?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – This is a shocker.
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen is reporting that Chip Kelly will be the new head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.

[FeistyFrog]

Thought this was funny:

@ScottEnyeart: You just knew when Monte Kiffin took the Cowboys DC job, Chip Kelly thought "yeah, the NFC East is sounding niiice"

The smoking Holly Rowe just confirmed it on twitter.

[FeistyFrog]

Nike must have thought there was already too much bad news with the Armstrong deal to step it up for Kelly this time...

Smoking, as in fat, stupid.

Hopefully this helps with TJ

LOL, I have several Eagle fans that work for me and they are NOT happy! Gimmicky is the most common word used during their rants.

Hopefully this helps with TJ

Fingers crossed.

Dontre was seriously thinking of decommitting when it was first rumored Kelly was leaving and sure he will look around now. Will be interesting to see who they get now but Louisville fans have to be nervous.

Not sure when Rowe was ever "smoking" but it had to be a long time ago...

It's a pretty safe bet that it's Mark Helfrich.

[McFroggin]

That should help with our recruiting. We making a push on any of their recruits?

Yes. All of them. On the phone now...

Seriously, how do you visit if you don't even know who the coaches are going to be? Anyone currently there could be gone either with Kelly or not retained by the new coach.

Dear God, please let Oregon hire Sumlin!
