Boise will advance to a quarterfinal with a bye. No playoff game in Boise.

I had always thought the quarterfinal games were in home stadiums. I guess not.

Who would've thought during all of our battles up there, that the ugly blue field will be hosting a college playoff game.

Have to admit though, I'm excited to potentially seeing a college playoff game in the snow. I bet the committee will protect the SEC teams and have Boise play a potential Big 10/12, ACC team instead.

Perfectly logical. There’s obviously an underlying trend.

The coconuts part was the play call! Everybody in the stadium assumed Skattebo was getting the rock!

Yes it was a dangerous pass, but that was such a heads up play by Skattebo. That saved them from almost a 20 yard loss and then they score the td.

It is Boise. They always have a few tricks up their sleeves. Don't forget about the Fiesta Bowl upset against OU, the fake punt that basically beat us and they only lost to Oregon by a fg this year.

Heck, I saw a link where there’s the thought that SMU should forfeit their game against Clemson. That pretty much says it all.

TCU will never beat Michigan.

I think we were significantly better than either of these two teams. And in the previous format we got Michigan in the first round, we didn’t have to win two games to get to the semis.

ASU vs ISU in the B12 championship is why the Big 12 needs divisions. Arguably the best team isn’t even playing right now.

That being said, this is a really good game

I actually think that the seeding makes these games MORE interesting.

If SMU loses, ISU/ASU go from 12 to 4. And Bama may drop out.

This structure adds interesting undertones.
