TCU head coach Sonny Dykes pulled off three very different and very wild seasons, and this one should be it's own unique ride. He's got a good team, a nasty schedule, and a history now of playing in a whole slew of tight games.
You make your own breaks, but sometimes a season is just magical.
The 2022 team that played for the national title had a relatively light schedule - the Big 12 wasn’t all that great - and won five regular season games by one score on the way to being the biggest surprise in the College Football Playoff era.
In 2023, the Horned Frogs dropped four games by one score - they soshould’ve beaten Texas. It was a good 5-7 team that couldn’t buy a bucket.
