When I was in school I knew the son of the stand in for Paul Newman or Redford in Butch Cassidy and The Sundance kid. The one that jumped off the cliff yelling shiiiiiiiiiiiit. His dad was an Olympic sprinter from UT and was an obnoxious UT fan while at TCU.

Bill and I have been friends for years (through my honorary membership in the West Point Society of Greater Houston), and knowing how humble and unassuming he is - I'm quite sure he would strongly protest that he is not a celebrity.

I would suggest if he's not a celebrity, he's at the very least a hero - based strictly on his time in outer space. And yes, we spent a good deal of time discussing TCU, and how much he wished his alma mater could match ours in football success.
