IMO, the arrival of Scott Campbell at Iowa State in 2016 tilted the balance from TCU to ISU dominance....TCU won 5 out of the first 7 Big 12 games (the first loss was the 2012 conference opener that Trevone Boykin was pushed into the QB spot after Casey Pachall was dismissed) and the second was 2017 when Iowa State benefitted from some sketchy (IMO) referree rulings....Since 2018, TCY has only 2 wins over ISU, and the most recent was the 62-14 blow out in the aberrant 2022 season....
