I think smart money would say Delton, he doesn’t have the question marks the others do. Collins and Rogers have injury questions, and Duggan is a true freshman who likely redshirts.

Plus due to Delton’s running ability he will always get some snaps in certain packages. So if he starts the first half of the season and Rogers eventually steals the job, Delton will likely still get some playing time in wildcat packages and such.

I read a lot posts in QB transfer threads that I thought was in the minority on Rogers making a big step forward next year. Looks like more people think he’ll be the man then I thought.
 
It would be interesting to hear the coaching staff's realistic appraisal of Rogers' current status and his


availability to perform adequately at QB. Will the problem with 'drop-foot' still remain a lingering issue?

I’ll take Delton because I don’t think we would have brought him here unless we had an incredible amount of doubt about the other 3...
