The Texas A&M women's basketball team is set to make a rare Thursday night prime-time national television appearance, though a two-game losing streak knocked the Aggies out of the national spotlight.

A&M (5-2) will play at TCU (5-2) at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in a nonconference game at Schollmaier Arena. The Aggies started 5-0 and reached as high as 25th in the Associated Press rankings and 19th in the USA Today poll, but losses to Southern California 66-62 and SMU 54-53 have A&M unranked after seven games for the first time since the 2005-06 season, which is when its current run of 11 straight NCAA tournament appearances started.

A&M still has a high Ratings Percentage Index (RPI), which is used to help the NCAA tournament selection committee pick the 64-team field, but A&M head coach Gary Blair said he's more worried about getting victories.
