Without Googling, I’m going with Kent Marshall —> Terry Drennan —> Perry Senn. How’d I do?We lost our quarterback in those first 5 games. Our back up was not that good. We even changed to a guy at the end who last played quarterback in high school and now is a dentist. He at least beat Texas Tech.
say again?Russian bots tend to repeat themselves...
Perry Senn was the one who first took over for Marshall. Terry Drennan took over for Perry for the Texas Tech game. Very good memory.Without Googling, I’m going with Kent Marshall —> Terry Drennan —> Perry Senn. How’d I do?
Exactly@4 Oaks Frog - Actually I want BYU to win so that the Big XII gets 2 in the playoffs to bump us up a notch in the bowl lineup.
Yes. I can’t fathom a scenario where I hope TT wins anything other than first on the CDC list.@4 Oaks Frog - Actually I want BYU to win so that the Big XII gets 2 in the playoffs to bump us up a notch in the bowl lineup.
Ohio State had the worst loss of 1 loss teams. TCU would have stopped the run Oregon could not. Oregon was easily the worst team of the 3. Was it best team or best record?Oregon and Ohio State both had better records than TCU and Baylor though.
So we are back to records NOT mattering?
ExactlyActually, they did not have better regular season records than TCU or Baylor. Their losses were to teams that were unranked as well. Ohio State lost 35-21 to VT. That's a pretty good beating IMO. It's clear that there is definitely a bias to "big brands". They both, however, had a conference championship game, which gave them an extra win. You can't erase the losses with the extra win, nor should TCU or Baylor have been penalized for the Big12 not having a 13th game to play. Apparently, it doesn't or hasn't affected Notre Dame.
