Boise to BCS?

Boise is at 20 in the BCS and needs to move up 4 spots to 16 to get in. 16 (UCLA), 17 (Kent St.), and 18 (Texas) already lost. #12 Nebraska is getting destroyed right now.

It's possible Nebraska could drop 5 spots to 17 and Boise moving up to 16.

Maybe LHCGP will rank them at #42 or something like that.... Stoops will. Gotta play the game now and protect the AQ's. Actually, I'm not certain who even has votes this year and I couldn't really care any less.

Hopefully the voters wake up this week and see that Boise has lost 2 games and has beat no one of substance. How anyone can vote them in the top 16 is a mystery to me. Same goes for NIU. The MAC is light years behind the major conferences. If either went undefeated, maybe they would deserve a BCS game, but 2 losses for Boise??? Give me a break!

No BCS buster this year. But NIU can take heart. BCS Guru tweets that they should go to the Little Ceasars Bowl in Detroit on Dec.26 to play Middle Tennessee as a replacement team for Big 10 #8. LOL!

Don't worry, if the coaches and computers keep us out of the Sugar Bowl last year, they will do it again this year.

That's what I'm thinking. If last year's 2 loss TCU didn't make it in (even with a top 5 road win) then surely they don't let a 2 loss Boise in with no top 25 wins. Although I'm sure Petersen will vote Boise #1.

That's why we deserved a bid to the Sugar Bowl last year (based on current rules) and got screwed by the voters. We were #17 going into the last week.

Hahahaha. I'm kind of happy and can't wait to watch them lose for the 3rd year in a row!!! Wonder if their fans actually make the trip this year.

I think the smart wisky fan, if there is such a thing, will make the game this year when they realize that Monte Hall is gone and that Ohio St. and MIchigan will be keeping them in the Capital One bowl for the next 10 years.

If there's an opportunity to get drunk and make an arse out of yourself then Wisky fans will be there in bunches, regardless of team record.
